the turnout was much bigger than i expected

they have the usual academic staff march-in and settling down in their seats.

thats shaoquan, awaiting his turn

and getting the piece of paper that he worked for the past 2 years

photo taking after the ceremony... which lasted for only an hour, unlike mine...which painfully dragged for a good 2 hours.

oh, and its rather funny that i get to meet junliang finally after hearing his name from sq and ryan for the past 8 years?

damn they have a cap... i wished i had one during my ceremony as well. but like i told paul, i will be wearing it one day, few years down the road.
and yeah they had light refreshment after the ceremony and all..it was rather grand... but of course, it can never beat the evenly carpeted green lawn, with the picturesque clock tower in the backdrop..only @ uwa
